Come along to CEVSOC’s Annual General Meeting to support the candidates and vote for the CEVSOC 2024 Executive Team!

All zIDs will be verified - all attendees must be a member of CEVSOC to vote in the AGM. All undergraduate Civil, Environmental and Surveying students are automatically part of CEVSOC.

--------- PROXY VOTING --------- CEVSOC members will be allowed to vote by proxy if they are unable to attend. An AGM notice will be sent out to all eligible students before the AGM with a form to nominate a proxy voter. This person will be able to attend and vote on your behalf. There is no voting form that can be completed like the 2022 AGM. If you do not receive this form by 7 days before the AGM, please email admin@cevsoc.com to request a form.

--------- FAQ’S --------- 1. Can I vote even if I can’t attend the AGM? Yes! You are able to nominate a person to attend and vote on your behalf. The form will be sent out to all eligible members via their student email. 2. Can I apply for a director position? No. Director applications will take place after the AGM when Executive positions have been filled. 3. Will there be food and drink available? Yes, food and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided. 4. What positions am I eligible to nominate for? All members are eligible to run for all Executive positions, except Co-President. You must have previous CEVSOC experience (as a previous executive, director, subcommittee or coordinator) to nominate for Co-President. 5. Do I have to nominate or can I run on the night? You are able to nominate on the night, however you will not be allowed to campaign before nominating. You will also not be allowed to add your application to the document of candidates. It is highly recommended that you submit an application rather than nominate on the night. 6. I have a specific question about the AGM or my application, who do I contact?
