🚨🚨🚨 CEVBuddy Mentoring Program: 📢 CALL FOR MENTORS 📢

Do you want to become a mentor to first-years?

Do you want an opportunity to put your leadership and interpersonal skills into practice? 2024 is the perfect year to get involved on campus with the CEVBuddy Program! We need your help as a mentor to make a difference to the university experience of first year students. Join CEVBuddy as a mentor and be a part of the group that makes their transition “smooth like butter” 🎶. Apply below ⬇️⬇️⬇️

PROGRAM DETAILS:

• CEVBuddy is a mentoring program aimed to aid the transition of first year students into university life.
• Mentors will help guide their group of mentees by leading them throughout the program, completing weekly checkpoints as well as organising checkups.
• The program runs from the T1W2 to T1W8

MENTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer academic guidance and assistance
• Share personal experiences and insights
• Assist with setting goals and planning for the future
• Be a source of motivation and inspiration
• Foster a sense of belonging and inclusion

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

• Be energetic and empathetic whilst being responsible and accountable for your mentees.
• Encourage mentees to create connections between themselves but also other groups.
• Engage in mentorship training and program activities
